Certified organic. Bright dark red black core with a dark red hue. Aromas of blueberry and red liquorice are influenced by distinct leathery barnyard like notes with some spicy herbs ensuing. Mid weighted blueberry flavours are to the fore with a dash of sour cherries, fresh herb infusions and spice also chiming in. Lively acidity with fine grained tannins and a slightly tart conclusion.
