Founded in the early 1900’s, today 3rd generation cousins Claudio and Elena Farina carry on the family tradition.
Brilliant pale straw colour with a subtle tinge of green to the edges and a watery hue. Nosing offers up aromas of pears, red apples, light dried honey and spice. Intensely flavoured and nicely rounded in its mouthfeel, the delicious palate is layered with ripe pear and red apple fruits. Delicate notions of honeysuckle, quince and spice lie underneath. Finishes dry with fresh acidity and a lengthy aftertaste.
