Bright dark red colour with black tinged edges and a luminous purple red hue. Lifted ripe cherry and anise aromas have a fresh herb overlay with some stalk and spice also evident. Light and uncomplicated, dark cherry and anise flavours are backed by toasty oak and lively acidity. Spicy finish with slightly grainy tannins and a modest aftertaste.
