Aged in French oak barrels with 100% malolactic fermentation. Brilliant pale straw colour with flashes of green around the edges and a watery hue. Spicy peach and dried honey aromas are married to some toasty oak, faint crème brulee and nougat. Light to medium weight with a gently creamed feel the palate features an elegant and focused flavour profile of white peach, pear and dried honey over wet stone and citrusy nougat elements. Finishes fresh with a very refined aftertaste. Give it some time and it will flesh out a little more.
