A blend of 50% Carignan, 40% Grenache Noir and 10% Syrah. Deep black dark red colour with a bright purple red hue. The nose exudes aromas of ripe raspberry, plum and cherry with fresh herb, subtle incense and earth notes also evident. Juicy ripe raspberry and cherry fruits are underscored by fresh acidity which lends a zingy feel to the palate. Notions of red liquorice, subtle earthy mineral characters and infusions of spicy herbs also chime in. Slightly grainy tannins with a very bright, succulently fruited aftertaste.
