Bright pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Aromas of ripe peach, light honeycomb and crème brulee are trailed by subtle toasty oak and spice notes. Ripe peach, apricot and dried honey flavours have a luscious feel with toasty oak and spice in the background. Well balanced acidity with a medium length aftertaste.
