Brilliant water like colour with the faintest tinge of green running around the outskirts. Delicate green apple, lime, lemon grass and stony mineral scents emerge from the glass. More expressive, the palate serves up lime and green apple fruits which overlay a back drop of subtle fresh herb infusions and stony characters. Finishes dry and crisp with a light zippy aftertaste.
