Matured in one year old and older French oak barriques for 10 months. Semi translucent bright red colour with a light red hue. Fragrant red cherry and wild strawberry scents mix with violets, fresh herbs, subtle forest floor and spicy cedar. Light and silky, delicious red cherry and winter strawberry fruits slide across the palate underscored by delicate infusions of fresh herbs, forest floor and traces of spicy cedar. Bright finish with velvet smooth tannins and a fresh red fruited aftertaste.
