Dense inky black colour with a dark red black tinged hue. Intense liquorice, blackberry and dark plum scents infused with black pepper engulf the nostrils. Dried herb and meaty notes ensue. Full in body, rich dark plum, liquorice and ripe blueberry fruits decorate the palate with a plush feel. Underscoring the generous fruit profile are notions of dried herbs and peppered meats. Polished tannins finishing with good freshness and a long aftertaste that is both refined and savoury.
