What is probably considered as one of Australia’s best Sauvignon Blanc’s continues to shine in 2019. Brilliant water like colour with a faint glimmer of green around the outskirts. Intense passionfruit aromas jump out of the glass followed by hints of gooseberry, lime, green apple and herbaceous grassy characters. Reflective of the nose, powerful passionfruit, green apple and lime flavours engulf the mouth subtlety underpinned by light gooseberry and shades of herbaceous grassy characters. Dry, crisp and enlivening on the finish with a very long and concentrated aftertaste.
