2019 Selbach Riesling Incline

Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish highlights to the edges and a watery hue. Pronounced lime and lemon scents mix with subtle oily toast like notes, hints of bees wax and oyster shell. Zingy lime and red apple fruits show wonderful intensity across the racy yet textural palate. Notions of honeysuckle, faint oily toast and slatey mineral elements linger through the off dry finish. Crisp acidity concluding long, fruity and frisky.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
