Pitch black in colour with a deep dark red black tinged hue. Pronounced dark plum, liquorice and blackberry aromas are trailed by subtle smoky vanillin cedar and spicy fennel notes. Rich dark plum, liquorice and blackberry fruits overlay a vanillin oak, earthy fennel and spicy pepper back drop. Juicy feel with firm yet polished tannins and good energy. Finishes slightly dryish, long and succulent.
