Brilliant pale straw colour with a slight tinge of green around the edges and a watery hue. Nosing reveals citrus, pear and subtle lemon butter scents with a light toast overlay and ensuing spice notes. Medium bodied the palate sports a ripe nectarine and pear flavour profile which is infused with toast like elements, subtle dried honey and gun flint. Nicely rounded texturally finishing dry with brisk acidity and a medium length aftertaste.
