Aged for 9 months on lees and 3 months in new French oak. Bright yellow straw colour with hints of green around the edges and a watery hue. Pronounced ripe peach and honeycomb like aromas are followed by some crème brulee, bacon fat and spicy nougat notes. Rich, full and creamy the palate features concentrated yellow peach, tropical fruit and honeycomb flavours over a prominent toasty oak, crème brulee and spice back drop. Ample freshness with a long toasty oak and spice dominated finish.
