Made from a blend of 50% Merlot, 35% Shiraz and 15% Cabernet Sauvignon. Translucent salmon colour with a watery hue. Fragrant peach, citrus and blood orange scents are trailed by stony mineral notes. Delicious peach and tangy orange fruits have a supple feel and show excellent intensity over a wet stone back drop. Dry spicy finish with brisk acidity and a long aftertaste.

It’s subdued, offers a little grip and flint, some more savoury flavours in the mix, alongside a mild creamy softness. Finish is bright and long. Excellent. So nicely done. Pitch perfect Portet. Drink 2019-2022.
