A blend of Sauvignon, Colombard, Ugni Blanc and Gros Manseng. Brilliant pale straw colour with a faint glimmer of green around the edges and a watery hue. Aromas of pear, spicy green to red apple and lime are trailed by stony notes and fresh herbs. Lively pear, tropical fruit and lime flavours have a nicely rounded feel across the palate with some stony characters lying underneath. Finishes dry with fresh acidity and a deliciously fruity aftertaste.
