2019 Bread & Butter Pinot Noir

Semi translucent red to dark red colour with a light red hue. Pronounced ripe black cherry, plum and strawberry aromas jump out of the glass closely followed by toasty vanillin oak, anise and spicy dried herb notes. Rich, sweetly fruited black cherry and black raspberry fruits are overwhelmed by toasty vanillin oak on the back half. Spicy dried herb nuances also chime in. Opulent texture with polished tannins. The aftertaste a mix of sweet jammy fruit and toasty vanillin oak.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
