Biodynamic and organic. Deep dark red black in colour with a dark red hue. The nose offers up spicy dried cherry aromas which intermingle with hints of liquorice, dried herbs and subtle earthy incense notes. Light to medium bodied savoury dried cherry flavours mix with earthy dried herbs, cinnamon and spice. Fine grained tannins with a medium length aftertaste.
