Includes 15% whole bunch fruit. Semi translucent bright red to dark red colour with a light crimson hue. A fragrant mixture of cherry, violets, winter strawberries and subtle anise flows through the nostrils with hints of forest floor, graphite and spicy fresh herb notes ensuing. Delicious ripe red to dark cherry and strawberry fruits slide across the palate with a very supple feel. Notions of forest floor, spicy cedar and infusions of garden herbs lie underneath. Slippery tannins finishing long and highly addictive.
