Looking more like a Rose than a Pinot Grigio, skin contact has resulted in a salmon coloured like appearance. Aromas of red apples, pears and quince are followed by light musk and spice. Spicy red apple and quince flavours meld into some very subtle dried nut like characters. Finishes very dry and fresh with a spicy quince dominated aftertaste.
