Brilliant water like colour with a glimmer of green around the outskirts. Intense lemon and lime aromas fill the nostrils with orange rind, talc and mineral following on. Zippy lemon and lime flavours race across the palate underpinned by green apple, light talc and steely mineral characters. Dry mouth watering finish with fresh crunchy acidity. Long steely mineral laden aftertaste of lemon, lime, green apple and subtle talc.
