Aged in large format old French oak. Deep dark red colour with a light red hue. Fragrant aromas of red raspberry, ripe red cherry and liquorice are married to fresh herbs, light earth and spice. Delicious juicy red berry fruits fill the mouth with great richness followed by some liquorice, subtle infusions of fresh herbs, faint traces of earth and spice. Ripe succulent mouthfeel with velvety tannins, bright acidity and a long intensely flavoured finish.
