2018 Pipoli 'Zero' Senza Solfiti Aglianico del Vulture

Contains no sulphur dioxide. Dense inky black colour with a very deep black dark red hue. Ripe morello and black cherry aromas mix with hints of liquorice and black plum over earth, vanillin cedar and dried herb notes. Juicy black and morello cherry flavours dominate the palate over a back drop of liquorice, earth, dried herbs and spicy leather. Bright acidity lends freshness whilst chewy tannins provide structure. Concludes vibrant and juicy with a medium length aftertaste.
