Bright pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Pronounced nectarine and grapefruit aromas are crossed with hints of bees wax and gun flint. Vibrant nectarine and grapefruit flavours are scattered across the palate underscored by notions of gun flint and citrus. Finishes dry and fresh with a medium length aftertaste.

Hand-picked, whole-bunch pressed, wild-fermented in French oak (30% new), matured for 10 months. Lovely chardonnay, bright, fresh and long. White peach, grapefruit, cashew and crisp acidity come together in the benison of oak. Drink by 2028.
