Barrel aged for 10 months on lees. Brilliant pale straw colour with a faint tinge of green around the edges and a watery hue. Rosewater top notes intermix with lychee, Turkish delight and citrus. The palate has vibrant flavours of lychee, infusions of rosewater, subtle musk and spicy citrus. Finishes dry and crisp with a medium length aftertaste.
