Brilliant pale straw colour with a faint tinge of green to the outskirts and a watery hue. Fresh white peach and ripe nectarine aromas have a gentle dried honey overlay with citrusy nougat, light biscuity oak and flinty notes ensuing. Medium bodied, elegant, fresh and long, the nicely concentrated palate is well rounded with a subtle creaminess to its textural feel. Fleshy white peach, nectarine, dried honey and citrusy nougat flavours sit over some light biscuit and gun flint elements. Finishes fresh and vibrant with well integrated acidity and a long aftertaste.
