Deep dark red core with black tinged edges and a dark red hue. Pronounced dark cherry and anise aromas mingle with forest floor, dried meats and spicy cedar. The fleshy medium weighted palate sports a ripe flavour profile of dark cherries, plum, forest floor, subtle anise, game and spicy cedar. Slightly grainy tannins with good power and a lengthy finish.
