Made from a blend of Mourvedre, Grenache and Cinsault. Translucent pale salmon pink colour with a watery hue. An expressive nose features fragrant aromatics of cherries, musk, raspberries and strawberries over some stony notes. Slippery palate entry with a savoury flavour profile of peaches, raspberries and strawberries infused with musk. Finishes dry and crisp with elements of wet stone on the medium length aftertaste.
