Produced from mainly Grenache and Syrah with maturation taking place in concrete vats and stainless steel tanks for 6 months. Black dark red colour showing excellent depth with a bright dark red hue. Delightful aromatics of dark cherries and dark raspberries blossom out of the glass trailed by liquorice, notions of incense, herbs du Provence and light pepper. Juicy yet elegant in its feel, delicious dark cherry, dark raspberry and liquorice fruits fill the mouth with infusions of incense, herbs and peppered earth also chiming in. There’s ample fruit richness and excellent freshness with polished tannins wrapping up a lengthy finish. Great value entry level Rhone.
