Superb colour saturation possessing an inky black core that’s totally impenetrable and a very deep dark purple black hue. Intense fresh blackberry and liquorice scents are complimented by some blueberry, vanillin oak, fennel and spicy pepper notes. Bold and powerful, rich opulently textured blackberry, liquorice and black cherry fruits show terrific concentration underscored by spicy vanillin oak, subtle scorched earth, fennel and a dash of pepper. Very plush with velvety tannins and a long exuberant aftertaste.
