Produced from certified organic grapes with 10% whole bunch inclusion and maturation in 28% new oak barriques for 11 months. Semi translucent dark red colour with black shaded edges and a light red hue. Lifted spicy dark cherry and strawberry aromas are complimented by hints of rhubarb, anise, earth and spicy cedar. Rich ripe dark cherry and anise flavours have a supple feel with spicy cedar, earth, dried herbs and smoked meats lying underneath. Finely polished tannins with a long fleshy textured conclusion.
