Bright straw colour with a watery hue. Aromas of lime, red apple and honeysuckle are followed by baked pear and rose water notes. Very rounded in the mouth the palate has ripe Jonathan apple, lime and traces of lychee fruit sitting over light cinnamon spice and subtle slate tones. Finishes dry with sufficient but relatively soft acidity and a medium length aftertaste.
