Totally opaque black dark red colour with a dark red hue. Elevated ripe dark plum and liquorice aromas mix with vanillin cedar, fennel and peppered earth notes. Rich and plump the medium bodied palate features dark plum and liquorice flavours over a back drop of spicy vanillin oak, subtle scorched earth and pepper. Soft fine grained tannins with a fleshy conclusion.
