Brilliant water like colour with greenish tinged edges. Delicate nectarine and citrus aromas intermix with a hints of grapefruit, light dried honey and faint biscuity oak. Fresh and elegant the palate is subtlety flavoured with citrus fruits and nectarine. There’s some underlying flinty mineral characters on the dry finish. Crisp acidity with a flinty mineral infused aftertaste of citrus and nectarine.
