Totally opaque black dark red colour with a bright dark red hue. Pronounced ripe red to blackcurrant aromas intermix with cedary tobacco characters, mulberry and spicy bay leaf. Medium bodied there’s good richness to the red to black currant and mulberry fruits which sit over a back drop of vanillin cedar, light tobacco and infusions of bay leaf. Fine grained tannins show good integration finishing with a medium length aftertaste.
