Deep dark red colour with black tinged edges and a bright red hue. Fragrant aromas of rose petals intermixed with fresh red cherries and raspberries are overlaid by garden herbs, hints of earth and spice. Light to medium bodied with a vibrant juicy mouthfeel the palate possesses flavours of red and maraschino cherries infused with fresh herbs over light earth and spice. Finishes with bright acidity, fine tannins and an aftertaste of red and maraschino cherries, fresh herb infusions and subtle spicy earth.
