2017 Unico Zelo Cherry Fields Dolcetto

Very deep dark red core with black tinged edges and a bright dark red hue. Inky ripe dark cherry and dark raspberry aromas subtlety infused with incense are followed by some earthy dried herb notes and spice. Youthful and inky in its feel, freshly crushed dark cherry flavours combine with plum over earth and spicy dried herbs. Finishes dry with bright acidity and slightly chalky tannins. Aftertaste of inky dark cherries, dried herbs and spicy earth.
