Semi translucent dark red colour with a light red hue. Aromas of dark cherries and spicy wild strawberries mingle with anise, forest floor and subtle stalky herb like notes. Savoury dark cherry and strawberry flavours gently infused with stalk, dried herb and spicy forest floor elements have a supple feel. Velvet smooth tannins with a lingering and quite appealing finish.
