Semi translucent dark ruby red colour with a light crimson hue. Aromas of red cherries tinged with hints of sour cherries mingle with fresh herb infusions, forest floor and some spiced meatiness. Delicious ripe cherry and cranberry flavours mingle with notions of forest floor, dried meats and spicy fresh herbs. Supple feel with silky tannins and bright acidity. Savoury finish of ripe cherries, cranberries, traces of sour cherries, some meatiness and spicy fresh herbs.
