Brilliant water like colour with greenish tinged edges. Intense lime, citrus and distinctive talc aromas bound from the glass with notions of orange rind and a chalky minerality also evident. The palate is a superb concentrate of lemon and lime flavours which dominate over infusions of orange rind, talc and chalky minerality. Dry crunchy acid finish. Outstanding power with a long lime, citrus, orange rind, talc and mineral aftertaste. The hits just keep coming from the outstanding 2017 vintage.
