Made by Seville Estate. Semi translucent cherry red colour with a bright crimson red hue. Fragrant ripe cherry and strawberry aromatics marry themselves to subtle fresh herb infusions and anise with spice end notes. Light, lively palate with juicy red cherry and strawberry flavours prevalent over traces of anise, faint dried herbs and spice. Bright finish with fine grained tannins and an aftertaste of ripe red cherries, strawberries, infusions of violet and spicy cedar.
