Semi translucent bright ruby red core with black tinged edges and a light red hue. Fragrant spicy red cherry aromas tinged with a hint of violets and fresh herb notes overlay subtle scorched earth. Vibrant, juicy and elegant, crunchy red fruit flavours intermesh with subtle mineral infused scorched earth characters, dried herbs and spice. Bright acidity with rustic, slightly chewy tannins. Scorched earth and iron mineral laced aftertaste of spicy red fruits, dried herbs and clove.
