Brilliant water like colour with a light greenish tinge around the outskirts. Intense lemon and lime aromas overlay orange rind, talc and steely mineral characters. Wonderful concentration with powerful lime and citrus flavours consuming the mouth watering palate. Elements of orange rind, chalky talc and mineral are also apparent. Finishes dry with crisp crunchy acidity and a long lime, lemon, subtle orange rind, chalky talc and mineral aftertaste.
