Brilliant water like colour with subtle reflections of green around the edges. Aromas of lime, green apple and citrus have a faint toast overlay with notions of wet steel and minerals ensuing. Tightly knit flavours of lemon and granny smith apple are supported by steely acidity and flinty mineral characters. Dry, fresh and crunchy with some lime characters making an appearance on the finish.
