Very deep black dark red colour with a dark red hue. Aromas of ripe dark cherries and liquorice mix with scorched earth, hints of leather and peppered herbs. Generously weighted, the medium bodied palate sports a ripe flavour profile of dark cherries and liquorice over scorched earth, prominent dried herbs and spicy pepper. Slightly chewy tannins with a dried herb laced medium length finish.
