2017 Le Jade Picpoul de Pinet

Brilliant very pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Aromas of limes and green apples subtlety overlaid with fresh herbs are followed by some stony mineral notes. Light and fresh with a rounded mouthfeel flavours of spicy limes and green apples sit over a flinty mineral base. Dry crisp finish with snappy acidity and a spicy lime, green apple and slatey mineral aftertaste. A classic match with a plate of fresh oysters.
