Made from Pinot Noir grapes using the Saignee method of production. Translucent damask pink colour with a watery hue. Fragrant strawberry and musk scents intermix with hints of rose petal and subtle peach. Light crisp palate with flavours of winter strawberries and peach infused with musk sitting over a subtle minerally finish that has fresh lively acidity. Aftertaste of strawberries, musk and light stony mineral characters.
