Very mineral and almost spicy on the nose even though there’s intense bright citrus fruit – lemon and grapefruit. Like the Scheurebe Kabinett, amazing intensity and purity. Incredible balance between the ripe citrus and the super-high but balanced acidity. Eye-watering freshness and yet it is still elegant. Amazing length. Sweet but balanced. Electric.
