Totally opaque black as night core with a dark red black tinged hue. Prominent liquorice and dark plum scents fill the nose followed by toasty oak, earth and pepper. Rich juicy plum and liquorice flavours flood the medium to full bodied palate underpinned by elements of toasty oak and spice. Soft plush mouthfeel with satiny tannins and a medium length finish.
