2017 Jean-Marc Brocard Chablis

Bright straw colour with a watery hue. Pear and dried honey aromas are followed by hints of quince and wet slate notes. The palate is quite full and rounded with flavours of ripe pear, dried honey and citrus sitting over a back drop of slatey mineral characters. Finishes dry with fresh acidity and a medium to long aftertaste of pears, dried honey and citrus tinged with traces of cashew and slate. A generous style of Chablis.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
